∎ Familiarity with CRM systems and call center best practices.
∎ Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
∎ A customer-oriented mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
∎ Work flexibility, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional and timely manner.
∎ Follow predefined scripts and protocols to address diverse customer queries effectively.
∎ Identify customer needs, provide appropriate solutions, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
∎ Upsell the company’s products and services when relevant to increase revenue.
∎ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions using CRM systems.
∎ Foster customer relationships by demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to service excellence.
∎ Stay updated on product information and services to effectively address client concerns.
∎ Participate in training programs to improve product knowledge, communication skills, and overall performance.
∎ Achieve and exceed personal/team KPIs and quality benchmarks.
