Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage online customer queries
∎ Need to handle incoming calls.
∎ Need to provide excellent customer service and gives precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Identify customer needs, clarify information and provide solutions
∎ Collect customer feedback by calling them.
∎ Prepare reports as per requirement.
∎ Other works assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Experience in Medical call center will get preference
∎ Females are encouraged to apply
∎ Computer literacy - MS Word , excel, Internet , email,
∎ Must have fast typing skill both English & Bangla in computer and smart phone.
∎ Excellent communication skill.
