∎ Minimum HSC Passed from any Background.
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Effective communication skills
Job Context:
∎ Previous Experience in any CALL CENTER is Strongly Preferable.
∎ Fresher`s are also encouraged to apply if & only you are very good & strong in oral Communications.
∎ Applicants must be from nearby Mirpur area.
∎ Job Location: Tolarbagh R/A,Mirpur-1,Dhaka-1216
∎ Employment Status: Half-time (6 hours)
∎ Duty time : (Slot: 9am to 3pm & 3pm to 9pm)- Friday off day
Job Responsibilities:
∎ You have to handle each & every client with care and sincerity.
∎ Handle critical customers with effective and gentle communication skill.
∎ Telesales / Telemarketing / Appointment settings for specific client over the phone on a daily basis as per instruction.
∎ Manage outbound/inbound calls to Customers across the country in a timely manner.
∎ You have to fill up your daily, weekly and monthly goal for fulfilling the target.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 40 years
∎ Day to day planning and report management ability.
∎ Experienced one will be highly appreciated.
∎ Fresher's are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Must be smart enough to handle any difficult situation that may rise during maintaining teams.
∎ Should have good convincing skill and excellent sales skill.
∎ Should be able to maintain client database.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 5500 - 6000 (Monthly)
∎ Attractive Commission and Benefits are available ( BDT. 6,000 - 10,000 & More Based on your performance)
