Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Call Centre Supervision/ Management, Computer skill, Good communication skills
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attending inbound and outbound customer calls
∎ Giving customer service over the phone, Email
∎ Receiving customer complaint and forwarding the complaint to concern dept.
∎ Listening and understanding of customers complaint and have to provide suitable solutions to customers
∎ Quick response to customer inquiries and requests.
∎ Communicate with customers with informative manner, in keeping with the brand's voice and tone.
∎ Timely reporting of daily incoming and outgoing call.
∎ Must be shifting and roaster duty.
∎ Knowldge on Alternate Delivery Channels product (ATM,CRM,CDM,POS etc ) will be added as advantage.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good command on office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook etc.)
∎ Should have good communication skill at Bangla & English both verbal & speaking.
∎ Being able to work in shift & willing to work in Govt. holidays
∎ Able and willing to work under pressure and meet the challenges.
