Educational Requirements:
∎ University Degree or running student, O Level and A Level preferable.
∎ Fluent in English with IELTS good score.
∎ Advance Computer training in Windows, MS Word, and MS Excel
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take international customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns.
∎ De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support.
∎ Call clients and customers to inform them about the company’s new products, services, and policies.
∎ Build positive relationships by going above and beyond with customer service, ensuring that all questions, cancellations, and confirmations are handled appropriately.
∎ Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service.
∎ Help to train new employees and inform them about the company’s customer management policies.
∎ Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
∎ Meet daily qualitative and quantitative targets for yourself and your team, and achieve all objectives for service, productivity, and quality.

∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Willing to work form 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM
