∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call centre training, Customer satisfaction survey, Customer Support through Phone
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Inbound Customer Support & Outbound Telemarketing
∎ Documents transactions by completing record logs
∎ Maintains quality service by following organization standards
∎ Fluently speaking in Bangla & English in right way.
∎ Bangla and English typing skill required
∎ Good Behavior and punctuality required

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 28 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Computer Literacy is a must.
∎ Proficient in office applications like MS Word and MS Excel
∎ Ability to navigate through software applications.
∎ Should be keen to learn
∎ Good social skills
∎ Punctual and honest in manner
∎ Strong in Call Center Training is an added advantage,
∎ Negotiation & Convincing skills
