Experience Requirements:

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Call Center, Call Center Agent, call center telemarketing, call center training, Call Center work experience will get preference.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Inbound Customer Support & Outbound Telemarketing.
∎ Documents transactions by completing record logs.
∎ Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
∎ Fluently speaking in Bangla & English in the right way.
∎ Bangla and English typing skills are required.
∎ Good Behavior and punctuality are required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Rostering-based duty (9AM to 5PM or 11AM to 7PM)
∎ Weekly 1 or 2 Holidays also provide other holidays (Depending on which project you work)
∎ Every month 1 paid leave for your refreshment.
∎ Computer Literacy is a must
∎ Proficient in office applications like MS Word and MS Excel
∎ Ability to navigate through software applications
∎ Should be keen to learn
∎ Good social skills
∎ Punctual and honest in manner
∎ Strong in Call Center Training is an added advantage
∎ Negotiation and convincing skills
Salary: Tk. 10000 (Monthly)
