Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): BPO, BPO Industries, Business Process Outsourcing, Call Center, Call Center Agent, Cold Calling, Outbound calls
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Context:
∎ High School, Intermediate, Graduation or suitable equivalent.
∎ Fluent in Hindi Language
∎ Should have Basic Knowledge of Computers
∎ Extensive experience in working in a Call Center ( Preferable)
∎ Identify customers` needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
∎ Manage large outbound calls in a timely manner.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ High School, Intermediate, Graduation or suitable equivalent.
∎ Fluent in Hindi Language
∎ Should have Basic Knowledge of Computers
∎ Extensive experience in working in a Call Center ( Preferable)
∎ Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
∎ Manage large outbound calls in a timely manner.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ candidates should be fluent in Hindi Language
∎ Those candidates who have experience in call- center are preferable.
