∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Call Center Experience. (Must)
∎ Communicate with customers via phone, chat, email, and other means in an efficient and courteous manner.
∎ Practical Experience with Microsoft Office Package.
∎ Strong communication and analytical skills.
∎ Ability to handle critical situations.
∎ Capability to handle a large volume of data both online and offline
∎ Report writing and Presentation Skills
∎ Roster Duty
∎ Evening shift duty

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Providing technical support.
∎ Potentially assisting with sales and onboarding new customers.
∎ Troubleshooting customer issues.
