∎ Graduation with a minimum of 3.00 out of 4.00

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle Customer queries and complaints meeting the service level standard
∎ Ensure First contact resolution in every possible cases
∎ Effectively follow up and escalate the queries and complaints where necessary

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Minimum 3 years experience in call center
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla
∎ Adequate computer literacy to work in online software modules and offer Package
∎ Willing to work in any working shift (8:00 am to 10:00 pm)

Salary:
∎ Gross salary BDT 19,425.00
