∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Customer Relation, Real Estate project Development
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle inbound and outbound calls of the customers in appropriate accent.
∎ Advice customers or provide suggestions on the products which will be used for constructions.
∎ Handle calls from Dealers/Distributors and inform the head office of such type of calls.
∎ Sense of responsibility and Achieve the daily target
∎ Analytic skill and working ability for team development
∎ Prepare daily report in excel
∎ Developed competencies required for service oriented and result focus
∎ Need to work on roster duty.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent Communication skill to interact with customers and demonstrate good listening skills
∎ Excellent Knowledge on Civil Engineering/Construction related tasks.
∎ Self-motivated and willing to work for longer period and any time in the day
∎ Confident to take challenge and fulfill KPI
∎ Must have Good communication skill in Bangla and English with proper accent
∎ Good computer skill is required with good typing skill
∎ Good reading and writing skill in both Bangla and English
∎ Applicants have to be Smart, energetic and good communication skill
∎ Must be smart enough to handle any difficult situation that may rise during maintaining a teams
∎ Knowledge about social media maintenance would be appreciable
