Job Responsibilities:
∎ Call customer who order to ecommerce and confirm customer order .
∎ Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
∎ De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
∎ Call clients and customers to follow up them about the company's new products, services and policies
∎ *Review customer or client accounts, providing updates and information about intake, offers and current status of the application.
∎ source and analysis for new product skilled will be preferred

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years

Salary: Tk. 10000 - 15000 (Monthly)
