Job Responsibilities:
∎ Excellent communication skills with customers in appropriate accent
∎ Sense of responsibility and determination to achieve the daily target
∎ Analytic skills and working ability for team development
∎ Good command in Microsoft Office, especially in MS Excel for daily reporting
∎ Developed competencies required for service oriented and results focused
∎ Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solution and/ or alternatives
