Job Responsibilities:
∎ Daily, Weekly, Monthly Productivity Report Generate.
∎ Monitor and Manage Inbound Call Center Operation.
∎ Filtering the distributed leads - presenting them to the authorities.
∎ Planning, Organizing, Directing, Managing, and evaluating call center activities.
∎ Monitor & Manage the inbound/ outbound call center operation.
∎ Short Code and tracking system of admin access maintenance.
∎ Customer Relation Management (CRM) maintenance.
∎ Responsible for handling network configuration, networking equipment, network cabling, server applications, database backup, operating system, driver software, application software, PABX, email with the backup system, etc.
∎ Make sure the stability, reliability, and security of all systems.
∎ CCTV System (IP Camera), Attendance machine configure & maintenance.
∎ Installation and troubleshooting - Desktop, Laptop, Printer, Photocopier, Scanner, email etc.
∎ Communicate with vendors for technical support and program updates as needed to resolve.
∎ Setting up user accounts, permissions, and passwords & monitoring network usage.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skills in both Bengali and English (Speaking & Listening).
∎ Good problem analysis skills and solving skills.
∎ Adaptability and good team work.
∎ Good Knowledge of customer service and call center technology
∎ Good computer skills for data entry.
