Educational Requirements:
∎ Candidates must have to complete Diploma/ Graduation or at least enrolled in.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive Inbound Calls or Make Outbound Calls/ telesales/ telemarketing and survey calls.
∎ Explaining ideas and information to customers.
∎ Dealing with customer File, records etc.
∎ Full time / Part Time work with 6-9 hrs shift
∎ Able to work 6-9 hours daily on day/ evening/ 24 hours roster basis shift
∎ Should be able to convince people over phone.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 19 to 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Mindset to work in shifts
∎ Good Communication and PC Skills
∎ Have own PC/Laptop at home
∎ Broadband internet connection
∎ Must have good oral communication skills.
∎ Should be able to handle telephone or e-mail inquiries.
∎ Must be willing to work hard with fitness to work long hours.
∎ Expertise in Ms-Office (Ms-Word & Ms-Excel) operation is must.
∎ Must be mature, credible and comfortable in dealing with customers.
∎ Coping with difficult people.
∎ Able to find out the customer requirement.
