∎ Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Computer Science or any other equivalent qualification

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Obtains client information by answering telephone calls, interviewing clients, verifying information;
∎ Knowledge of routing protocols and technologies;
∎ Should have knowledge on LAN/MAN/WAN and TCP/IP Network;
∎ Knowledge on IP and analog video surveillance equipment;
∎ Ability to provide remote support on router, surveillance camera related queries.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proficient verbal & written communication skill both in Bengali & English is MANDATORY!
∎ Over phone support skill;
∎ Excellent listening skill;
∎ Familiarity with CRM systems and practices;
∎ Able to maintain organizational image by demonstrating high quality client service at all times to all our customers;
∎ Able to collect accurate information and assist to resolve conflicts;
∎ Must be able to work and co-operate with the team;
∎ Strong communication skill and able to handle clients;
∎ IP Telephony knowledge would be a plus point;
∎ Good presentation, reporting and communication skills;
∎ Ability to work under pressure and flexible working hours.

Salary: Negotiable
