Educational Requirements:
∎ A Level
∎ HSC, A & O Level-English medium students, Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, or running BA in English students encouraged to apply).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage a large number of outbound calls to USA customers promptly.
∎ Applicants have to be fluent in English speaking and be able to work at night shift.
∎ Find out what the customer needs, clarify the issue, and provide solutions or alternatives.
∎ Collecting and digitizing data such as invoices, canceled bills, client information, and financial statements.
∎ Maintaining a detailed and organized storage system to ensure data entries are complete and accurate.
∎ Communication with the insurance company to claim the charge.
∎ Keeping a record of hard copy data such as invoices, inventory checklists, and other financial documents.
∎ Establishing data entry standards by continually updating filing systems to improve data quality.
∎ Addressing data inconsistencies by working with administrative staff to locate missing data.
∎ Attending to data queries and reporting any major data errors to management.
∎ Data entry according to time frame.
∎ Adhering to best data management practices and maintaining a high standard of accuracy and efficiency.
∎ Reminder to the Insurance company about a pending charge.
∎ Discussion with patients or attendees about the experience they had.
∎ Able to earn a good review from clients with good conversation.
∎ Convince and promise the client in case they have a bad experience.
∎ Other works assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Basic office application knowledge, Accounting Data Entry, Data Entry, English typing, and Fast typing skills.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ We will pay per hour basis. We are willing to pay higher rates for experienced and skilled people.
