Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC, Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, BA Honors in English Students also can apply
∎ (Graduation In English, A & O Level-English medium students encouraged to apply)
∎ Skills Required: Data Entry, English Spoken, Microsoft word and excel
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage a large number of outbound calls to Foreign customers in a timely manner
∎ Applicants have to be fluent in English speaking and be able to work at night shift.
∎ Find out what the customer needs, clarify the issue, and provide solutions or alternatives.
∎ Maintaining a detailed and organized storage system to ensure data entries are complete and accurate.
∎ Keeping a record of hard copy data such as invoices, inventory checklists, and other financial documents.
∎ Establishing data entry standards by continually updating filing systems to improve data quality.
∎ Addressing data inconsistencies by working with administrative staff to locate missing data.
∎ Attending to data queries and reporting any major data errors to management.
∎ Data entry according to time frame.
∎ Adhering to best data management practices and maintaining a high standard of accuracy and efficiency.
∎ Appeal against denial issues.
∎ Able to earn a good review from clients with good conversation
∎ Convince and promise to the client in case they have a bad experience.
∎ Other works assigned by the management.

Salary:

∎ We will pay per hour. We are willing to pay higher rates for the experienced and skilled person.
