Job Responsibilities:
∎ Obtaining client information by answering telephone calls
∎ Interviewing clients, verifying information, informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions
∎ Providing FLS (First line Service) & information for NPS
∎ Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines provided by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
