∎ Performing Environmental Monitoring, Reporting (IEE, EIA, ESIA, EMP, EPT)
∎
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plans, organizes, coordinates and monitors the overall operation of laboratory activities.
∎ Supervises laboratory Calibration/testing methods and equipment selection to meet ISO/IEC 17025:2017 requirements.
∎ Ensures that Calibration/test complies with relevant standards.
∎ Manages the internal audit program
∎ Responsible for the health and safety aspects.
∎ Responsible for external and internal cooperation.
∎ Assesses the overall performance of lab through regular monitoring.
∎ Takes final decision for corrective actions.
∎ Final review of tests report.
∎ Performance reviews including the evaluation of Non-Conformity Reports (NCR), Corrective Actions Reports (CAR) and other quality indicators.
∎ Promotes quality awareness throughout the laboratory.
∎ Manages the equipment calibration and maintenance programs.
∎ Maintain the controlled document system.
∎ Keep the quality documents updated.
∎ Develops, implements, maintains and improves the quality management system as per ISO/IEC 17025:2017.
