Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for everything within the outlet,
∎ Lead the team to achieve outlet excellence,
∎ Building personal relation with guest and team,
∎ Designed and coordinated training programs for employees in order to enhance work efficiency – conduct training sessions and workshops to improve the workforce and productivity,
∎ Assist management team in day to day operation by managing labor, ordering product and inventory,
∎ Analyze sales target,
∎ Control outlet’s COGS, wastage, P&L,
∎ Need to be updated with documentation (legal, safety, administrative) and follow up,
∎ Conduct internal audit every month (Action plan & follow-up),
∎ Tracking everyone’s performance to plan for cross training and development,
∎ Follow up with guest comments and take necessary action for guest satisfaction,
∎ Directly monitor profit & loss management by meeting sales target and controlling cost,
∎ Taking part in the team yearly assessment,
∎ Meeting with outlet’s members everyday, set direction and follow-up,
∎ Need to understand proper documentation and share those with support office,
∎ Need to be aligned with support office team to implement the organizations operational guideline, standard and policies,
∎ Develop local store marketing and collect information from other competitors,
∎ Follow-up and monitor all maintenance issue and record in a service log,
∎ Recruiting/ candidate sourcing,
∎ Briefing company and brand orientation to the new joiners,
∎ Briefing the JD and KPI,
∎ Maintaining staff duty roster, attendance, labor register and leave monitoring,
∎ Monitoring restaurant financial and non-financial KPI.
