• Must have experience in high fashion garment export house (Woven Tops & Knit).
• Must know how to make patterns using Lectra software.
• Knowledge of garment construction standards and manufacturing methods.
• Complete assigned projects in a timely, efficient manner.
• Effective verbal and written technical communication skills.
• Coordinate with key internal and external personnel to clarify any issues or concerns.
• Ability to effectively prioritize, multi-task and remain focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PDF, Must have a knowledge.
• In-depth knowledge of CAD software (Lectra) is a must.
• 4-7 Years' practical experience as a CAD Pattern Master is a must.
• Knowledge of 3D software like Browzwear / CLO 3D will be an added advantage.

• Development New soft pattern prepare depending on the customer requirement.
• Revise costing Booking must be correct & maker efficiency 99 % achieved.
• Must have experience working to understand buyer's comments check & verified.
• By Mail Communicate with also good relation buyer, merchandiser, sample team and factory production staff.
• Bulk size set grading S/B 99 % must be. Also is friendly production.
• Before working, you have to do risk analysis and work.
• Check & make your own responsibility.
• Preparing a mini-marker to calculate material consumption for costing purpose.
• Reducing cost by achieving optimum marker efficiency and accuracy.
