Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Architecture, Auto Cad, Auto CAD Designing, Interior Design
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 2-Dimensional Civil, Architectural and Interior drafting by using AutoCAD.
∎ Understanding the equations, calculations and written instructions from designers and engineers before beginning a CAD drawing.
∎ Uses special notations and symbols to give instructions on drawings and blueprints.
∎ Draws plans for structural foundations and other construction projects.
∎ Shop drawing, working drawing, As built drawing, Layout plan, elevation, section, isometric drawing, MEP drawings and all related technical drawing and drafting.
∎ Uses manual drawing skills for plans that cannot be computer generated.
∎ Revises drawings based on instructions from engineers or architects.
∎ Determines impact of site requirements and building codes before doing drawings or blueprints.
∎ Visits building sites to collect data for drawings.
∎ Modifies existing drawings.
∎ Measurement taking and review.
∎ 3D modeling with AutoCAD.
∎ Have to work on estimation and billing process.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years

∎ Should be a team player and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Experience in PEB will be an added advantage.
∎ Must be mechanically inclined.
∎ Should be detail oriented.
∎ Must possess a talent for drawing.
∎ Knowledgeable of building codes.
∎ Must have knowledge of architectural terminology.
∎ Knowledgeable of drafting software for creating 2D and 3D computer drawings.
