Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma Engineer (Civil)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Structure, Architecture, Electrical & Plumbing dwg as required
∎ Review the dwg received from consultants & provide feedback
∎ Visit sites & prepare as-built dwg ( Architect, Electrical & Plumbing ) of handover projects
∎ Collect project budget & prepare a monthly budget
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sufficient knowledge about project work
∎ The applicants should be able to use Auto CAD (2D & 3D), Sketch-Up, MS Office, etc.
∎ The applicants should have experience in consulting firm /real estate company

Salary: Negotiable
