Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and drive the operational excellence function of the company.
∎ Provide inputs and guide the other functions of the organization to ensure operational excellence is maintained at all times across the organization.
∎ Ensure compliance with all regulatory (local & international), statutory, legal, principal and Group requirements, policies, environment, health and safety guidelines to ensure business continuity, safeguarding company interests, minimize risks, unnecessary costs and litigation.
∎ Coordinate and direct periodic KPIs of self and respective team members, and establish a support plan to achieve those KPIs successfully.
∎ Provide leadership, training and management guidance to develop a team that drives and supports operational excellence.
