∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call Center, Customer Care, Customer Service, Customer Support through Phone, Face-to-Face Customer Support, Facebook, facebook live, Social Media, Solving Customers Complaints through Facebook and Email.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Ageny, Call Center, Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, E-commerce, Handicraft, Interior Design, IT Enabled Service, Jewelry/Gem, Radio
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Respond to clients in social media especially Facebook, receive phone calls, take orders, and keep track of orders.
∎ Product promotions through social channels and Facebook Live. Must be capable and willing to promote products & different offers through Facebook Live.
∎ Work for increasing sales by ensuring maximum customer support through phone and social media.
∎ Willing to work hard and able to work under pressure.
∎ Must be well mannered to maintain excellent communication with all our valued customers.
∎ Any other relevant works as assigned by the authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be honest and proactive
∎ Basic knowledge on MS Office, internet browsing.
∎ Must have good typing speed
∎ Candidates from Uttara, Dhaka area will be preferable
∎ Student and freshers are also encouraged to apply
∎ We don't need to know the education qualification for honest, sincere and proactive candidate
