∎ Graduation from any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Work with lawyers, consultants and regulatory bodies to obtain permits and licenses and maintain liaison for those are critical to establish business.
∎ • Maintain databases for all existing licenses & permits and plan accordingly for renewal before expiration where applicable.
∎ • Follow-up regularly and maintain proper communication by visiting respective government offices as and when required.
∎ • Organize, filing of all business incorporation documents, regulatory licenses & permits, and company confidential documents.
∎ • Support business development team on existing SPV’s business needs and provide necessary support for new SPV's incorporation.
∎ • Support business development team for organize, movement and storage of land documents.
∎ • General & admin work that would determine, defined and delegated by Scatec Management.
∎ • Support on audit requirements of equity partner and Lender due diligences

Salary: Negotiable
