Job Context:
∎ This position is responsible for building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with prospective and current clients and new clients. The incumbent is expected to exercise initiative, discretion and independent judgment in the administration and management of each client relationship and serve as the primary point of contact for the client.

∎ The Business Development Manager ("BDM") position is critical to the overall success of the company Must be a team player and able to work and collaborate in a team environment. This position requires the ability to feel comfortable communicating in a professional and effective manner with C-level executives, presidents, owners, and directors. We are seeking highly motivated individuals who have a strong desire for personal education and desire to be the best at their trade.

∎ Primary role will include researching the market trends and communicating with both current client and new clients. Must be good at English writing and speaking. This is a great opportunity for University students and graduates who has very good communication & interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
∎ Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
∎ Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
∎ Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
∎ Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
∎ Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
∎ Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
∎ Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
∎ Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

∎ Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
∎ Strong English communication and writing skills and IT fluency.
∎ Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
∎ Excellent organizational skills.
∎ Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
