Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify and target potential clients, partners, and markets to promote our training programs and headhunting services.
∎ Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
∎ Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and new clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
∎ Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities.
∎ Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into loyal clients.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
∎ Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and establish a strong professional presence.
∎ Provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges to the management team.
