Job Context:
∎ Axilweb`s creative team is looking for a Business Development Coordinator who can interact with new and existing clients, as well as conduct office administration duties. This individual should be adept in leveraging real data to capitalize on business trends and opportunities, collaborate with multiple projects and inter-departments, and should be able to uphold the quality along with the rest of the creative team. The candidate should also have strong communication and writing skills in English.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain existing clients, Identify and acquire new clients
∎ Contact prospects via email or phone calls, establish rapport, and set up and conduct pitch meetings
∎ Maintain strong relations with existing clients
∎ Assist Marketing department with miscellaneous activities
∎ Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
∎ Coordinate with misc. office administrative activities
∎ Organize office events
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English and Bangla)
∎ Creative Writing/Copywriting abilities will get priority over other candidates
∎ Ability to comprehend and uphold our brand to existing and new clients
∎ Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or any relevant roles
∎ Ability to solve an array of business development challenges
∎ Manage time effectively, ability to multitask and meet deadlines
∎ Detail-oriented individual who reviews work carefully
∎ Work independently and collaborate with a team
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 40000 (Monthly)
