∎ Post onboarding new companies, the Assistant Manager should smoothly transition responsibilities to the operations team for setting up stores at new locations.
∎ Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients to create successful partnerships and conversions.
∎ Create and implement processes and policies to support business development and acquisition.
∎ Coordinate with the operations team to develop mutually beneficial proposals.
∎ Represent the company in various forums and ensure excellent service and communication with partners.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing and brand team to develop organizational strategies and plans.
∎ Create and manage yearly, quarterly, and monthly budgets to ensure the execution of business expansion plans.
