∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Business Communication, International Business
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain all kind of international business communication with concern of MD.
∎ Responsible for day-to-day Secretarial jobs at MD's desk with dignity & maintain proper confidentiality.
∎ Maintain close liaison with Business Associations/Chambers (FBCCI, DCCI, MCCI, BTME, BAPA etc.) & monitor all their jobs are done in time
∎ Prepare presentations and reports for MD as directed time to time.
∎ Daily check e-mail & reply with concern of MD.
∎ Attend meeting with MD & take notes on the discussion, prepare meeting minutes.
∎ To distribute minutes of the meeting and follow up its progress keeping collaboration with the concerned department / officials.
∎ Responsible for liaison with all foreign communication.
∎ Any other job assigned by MD.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have to be fluent in English, both oral and written. IELTS will be get preference.
∎ Must have excellent interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and effectively internally and externally.
∎ Must have minimum 2 - 5 years of practical working experience in similar position in any reputed organization.
∎ Expert in MS Office package (MS Outlook, MS word, MS Excel & Power Point presentation).
∎ Candidate should be smart, self- motivated, dynamic and energetic.
