Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assists in managing all sections of the building dwelling and maintenance.
∎ Look after all staffs: like-Supervisor, Lift Operator, Security Guards, Electrician, Plumber, Gardener, Cleaners, etc.
∎ Invoices issue to Apartment Owner’s & Tenants of the building
∎ Communicate with Apartment Owner & Tenant regarding property related all issues.
∎ Coordinate with rent payer and third parties to meet the need of maintenance and facility needs
∎ Keep record on monthly payments and be accurate on collecting invoices amount.
∎ Coordinate with third party vendors to conduct for emergency maintenance and other services.
∎ Follow up the building common area to be clean always.
∎ Inspecting property conditions and coordinating maintenance activities.
∎ Reporting any problems or issues to the property manager.
∎ Addressing and resolving residents' questions, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner.
∎ Provide constant information to the superior on the property management issues.
∎ Be prompt to solve any problem regarding rentals and provide support in such area.
∎ Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Hard working and proactive
∎ Strong negotiation skill
∎ Highly confident, strong business sense and industry expertise
∎ Smart, presentable, dealing capability to meet the target
