Educational Requirements:

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Building Management System, Commercial Building Management, Critical Thinking, Electrical Installation and Maintenance, Fire safety Management, Handling manpower, Lift Installation , Motorbike Driving, Quick Problem Solving, Supervisor
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Escalator/Elevator/Lift, Engineering Firms, Real Estate, Group of Companies, Multinational Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Banks

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure proper operations of Generator, Sub-Station, HT.LT Switch Gear, ATS etc.
∎ Elector-Mechanical operation and Water Treatment Plant, Pump, Electric / Gas Geyser (hot & cool water) maintenance.
∎ Ensure proper operations of electrical equipment, Plumbing, fire system, Civil rectification works, A/C, Cleaning & Hygiene, Security and safety.
∎ Build, calibrate, maintain, troubleshoot and repair electrical instruments or testing equipment.
∎ Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation, and to make recommendations.
∎ Source, hire, and train personnel. Collect, analyze and check all bills / data.
∎ Monitor all personnel involved in the building operations and set weekly duty roster to cover 24 X 7 smooth operations.
∎ Establish and coordinate the maintenance and safety procedures, service schedule, and supply of materials required to maintain machines and equipment in the prescribed condition.
∎ Perform & manage emergency duty support when required by management. Track all material and tool expenses.
∎ Coordinate others relevant department functions (i: e: maintenance & utility, civil engineering etc.)
∎ Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Applications are invited for the post of Building Maintenance Supervisor having experience in multi storied building.
∎ Capable and skill in riding motor Bike in Dhaka city with valid driving license.
∎ 10 - 12 years of work experience from reputed company.
∎ Professional, mentally and physically sound conditions are required to apply for that post.
∎ Applicants must fulfill the selection criteria.
∎ He should have very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
∎ Must be hard working with fervent attitude.
