Job Context:
∎ Minimum General Experience 2 years but Specifically experience in similar capacity in similar project having sufficient design/construction supervision experience in electrical works in factory, buildings, high voltage line and other large infrastructure projects.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Consultancy of Design Review and Supervision.
∎
∎ Plan, organize, coordinate and execute all maintenance activities both Scheduled & unscheduled especially in the following areas: A) Electricity captive power generation, B) Electro-Mechanical operation and C) Compressor, Boiler, and pump (hot & cool water) maintenance.
∎
∎ Ensure overall operations of electrical machinery, A/C (VRF), and equipment for smooth operation and their safety.
∎
∎ Collect and analyze data and perform electrical maintenance tasks as required.
∎
∎ Assemble electrical and electronic systems, using hand tools and measuring instruments.
∎
∎ Build, calibrate, maintain, troubleshoot and repair electrical instruments or testing equipment.
∎
∎ Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation, and to make recommendations.
∎
∎ Monitor personnel functions, such as supervision of electricians, technicians, and other engineers.
∎
∎ Establish and coordinate the maintenance and safety procedures, service schedule, and supply of materials required to maintain machines and equipment in the prescribed condition.
∎
∎ Ensure the total electrical safety of the Project.
∎
∎ Strictly follow standard operating procedure (SOP) for entire operations & work.
∎
∎ Perform & manage emergency duty support when required by management.
∎
∎ Coordinate other relevant department functions (i: e: maintenance & utility, civil engineering, etc.)
∎
∎ Plumbing and sanitary systems maintenance.
∎
∎ Coordinating the completion of complex repairs.
∎
∎ Looking for new ways/tools/assets to improve productivity and cut costs
∎
∎ drafting maintenance reports.
∎
∎ Ensuring accurate historical data for problem-solving.
∎
∎ Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.
