Job Responsibilities:
∎ To review the proposals submitted by the contractors
∎ To review all of contractor's working drawings
∎ To carry out field inspections
∎ To inspect the construction method equipment to be used
∎ To survey and measure the work output performed by the contractors
∎ To carry out the necessary inspection prior to the issuance of a Taking-Over Certificate
∎ To prepare construction completion reports
∎ To provide the technical training
∎ To prepare the operation and maintenance plan
∎ To check and certify as-built drawings
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 15 years of professional experience
∎ Minimum 08 years of experience in construction of bridge/flyover/overpass especially with prestressed concrete superstructure
