Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ New and innovative message searching for printed promotional materials, theme preparation and DGDA approval for PPMs related to message.
∎ Preparation of Printed Promotional Materials (PPM) and allocation of all promotional materials to field forces in every month.
∎ Arranging brand wise campaign and cycle plan activities for effective promotion and sales growth.
∎ Launch new products or line extension in time according to the plan.
∎ Conducting market visit and KOL doctors visit regularly to formulate new strategy.
∎ FF wise sales, Rx and performance analysis and providing regular feedbacks on top brands.
∎ Conducting Strategic Business Meetings, Cycle Plan Meetings, strategic product discussion meetings and product presentation to existing and new sales team.
