Brand Manager, Brand Planning/ Development, Business Negotiation, Consumer Durables - Sales & Marketing, Cosmetics Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Select prospective problems and design products which can be the solution to the problem
∎ Planning and executing the launch of the product
∎ Achieve monthly KPI (Sales+ Brand Value+ Customer acquisition+ Brand asset etc. set by MGMT.)
∎ P& L management
∎ Campaign planning and execution
∎ Robust, effective and efficient reporting & analysis to make correct decisions
∎ Coordinating with e-commerce platforms & influencers
∎ Coordinating with specialists to gain knowledge and smooth execution
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have good understanding of planning, execution, evaluation of activities via digital media (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube)
∎ Must have Top-notch interpersonal skills
∎ Previous work experience in Consumer Product based Company and Industry is preferable
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)
