∎ Bachelor’s / Master’s in preferred discipline: Cosmetology, Cosmetic Science, Chemical Engineering, Bio-Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Medical Science etc.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Colour Cosmetics, Cosmetics Industry, Cosmetics Item, cosmetics marketing, CosmeticsToiletriesPersonal Care, Health and Hygine Products, Marketing skill for beauty and cosmetics industry, Production of Toiletries and Hygiene Products., Skin Care, skin care products.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate and manage Brand & Product development of Cosmetics / Toiletries / Skin Care products.
∎ Evaluate and resolve technical feasibility, formulation & design optimization of products.
∎ Ensure branding and marketing promotional literature match product specification.
∎ Manage a team working on brand and product initiatives, also closely work with Product R&D, Packaging and Creative team.
∎ Research and monitor existing client base of the industry, also identifying potential new product opportunities. Staying up-to-date with the changes in the market and trends, that would affect new product development.
∎ Determine the process for creating new items. Create sample formulas and prototype of packaging for new product in order to iron out flaws in the final design.
∎ Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
∎ Create marketing campaigns designed to inform people about new product availability.
∎ Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs.
∎ Gather information and sourcing of the raw materials necessary to build or create the product being developed.
∎ Research patents, copyrights and trademarks in order to make sure there are no infringement issues involved.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates having experience in similar field or industry (with the said education background) will be counted as added advantage.
∎ Able to troubleshoot issues and determine the cause of a plan’s success or failure
∎ Possess strong research skills & updated with the latest trends
∎ Must be smart with modern communications skills
∎ Good at Computer operation (Microsoft Applications)
∎ Is able to meet deadlines.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
