Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Marketing Strategies: Identification of new business opportunities within the existing portfolio, preparation of marketing plans and strategies, strategic implementation for brand establishment, coordination between departments for timely execution of planned strategies, and coordination of marketing and sales budgets.
∎ New Product Launch: Searching for new molecules within the existing portfolio, developmental work for launching the new product, development of packaging materials, handling product and regulatory-related tasks, and preparation of action plans and training manuals for the new product.
∎ Promotional Activities: Developing and implementing promotional materials for both existing and new products, coordinating monthly promotional budget and allocation, and ensuring the availability of product promotional materials.
∎ Market Analysis: Conducting prescription, sales, and patient analysis of the assigned portfolio, and analyzing competitors' activities, including new product launches, existing products, strategies, and sales.
∎ Doctors Engagement: Conducting scientific seminars, Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, refreshment programs, and patient awareness programs; monitoring different prescriber development programs; addressing doctors' queries; organizing live webinars on social media platforms, YouTube, and television channels; and providing scientific support such as updates from journals and PowerPoint presentations.
∎ Training: Conducting training sessions for new Medical Information Officers (MIOs) on assigned brands, providing refresher training during monthly sales meetings, and offering new product training prior to launch.
∎ KOL Visits: Field visit for observing field activity, Rx follow-up, relationship development with the doctors, market knowledge and promotional policy development.
∎ Other Tasks: Any special works assigned by Management
