Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Office Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Engineering Firms

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To conduct and monitor day to day work of Walton Service Point.
∎ To ensure the best after sales service support and customer complaints are dealt within the structured time frame.
∎ To manage and monitor the activities of the employees/ staffs of the responsible service point.
∎ To develop relations with customers and external stakeholders.
∎ To collect customer feedback and technical feedback & report to central service head quarter.
∎ To monitor the activities of spare parts store and daily accounts.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good command on office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook etc.)
∎ Good interpersonal, analytical & communication skill, problem solving, leadership skill as well as organizational skills.
∎ Must have to experience on motorcycle driving.

Salary: Negotiable
