Educational Requirements:
∎ University degree in administrative science, BBA or humanities.
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in healthcare will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise daily administrative operations
∎ Develop and implement effective policies for all operational procedures
∎ Serve as a liaison between the staff, management and patient
∎ Make sure that all reports (week-ending and month-ending business reports) are submitted to head office on time
∎ Maintaining all documentation and records correctly on a daily basis
∎ Monitor administrative staff's performance
∎ Train new employees
∎ Ensure prompt ordering and stocking of medical and office supplies
∎ Oversee the finances of the hospital, including setting the rates for various health services, budgeting and revenue monitoring
∎ Resolve potential issues with patients
∎ Monitor expenses and suggest cost-effective alternatives
∎ Prepare work schedules
∎ Ensure the security and safety of patient healthcare records and other facility data
∎ Stay up-to-date with healthcare regulations
∎ Communicate with doctors, specialists, nurses, ward attendants and vendors
∎ Take effective part in all hospital service promotion
∎ Give maximum effort to increase receivables
∎ Any other tasks as and when assigned by the higher authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5-6 years of experience in the relevant field.
