Job Context:
∎ Bio-Xin Cosmeceutials is looking for "Beauty with Brain" strong persona with clear understanding of business and operations, with an eagle eye confident to be a brand presenter.
∎ Work Station: Bio-Xin Skin Care Clinic Chottogram Branch.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Evaluating employee performance and providing feedback and coaching as needed.
∎ Recognizing employee achievements and encouraging excellence in the work environment.
∎ Managing customer complains; identify need gaps and taking initiatives to solve issues.
∎ Developing and implementing sales plans and conducting regular sales and operations meetings.
∎ Briefing employees on current sales goals, promotions, and other relevant information.
∎ Organizing marketing activities and events for the branch. Increasing brand awareness for the company within the community.
∎ Interacting with customers on a regular basis to ensure satisfaction and gain useful feedback. Organizing and executing training programs for branch personnel.
∎ Assessing market conditions and identifying opportunities.
∎ Managing budgets, allocating branch funds, and defining financial objectives.
∎ Coordinating with other branches to share knowledge, plan promotional activities, or achieve goals.
∎ Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills in order to resolve conflicts and problems.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills in order to maintain and excellent rapport with customers and coworkers.
∎ Adhering to high ethical and professional standards complying with all applicable laws and regulations for the industry.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.

∎ Duty time 11 am to 8pm, weekly 6 days.
