∎ Work Station: Bio-Xin Skin Care Clinic Chottogram, Narayanganj, Gazipur Branch.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide excellent customer service, ensuring sales & achieving targets.
∎ Training, supervising & evaluating employees.
∎ Preparing employee work schedules & motivate them to reach sales goals.
∎ Addressing employee disputes, questions & concerns.
∎ Managing & accounting for all money-handling procedures.
∎ Ordering, recording & managing inventory.
∎ Ensuring the branch is adequately stocked, clean & visually appealing.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong leadership and management skills.
∎ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
∎ Good interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
∎ Strong customer focus and decision-making skills.
∎ Basic knowledge of accounting.
∎ Duty time 11 am to 8pm, weekly 6 days.
Salary: Negotiable
