∎ Bio-xin Cosmeceuticals is seeking a highly motivated and experienced branch manager to oversee our branch operations. The branch manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, including sales, marketing, customer service, and staff supervision. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills, as well as a strong understanding of the cosmetics and skincare industry.
∎ Duty time: 11am - 8pm, weekly 6 days.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring the branch operation under standard operating practices.
∎ Efficiently supervising & coordinating with all department.
∎ Provide excellent customer service, ensuring sales & achieving targets.
∎ Training, developing & evaluating employees.
∎ Preparing employee work schedules & motivate them to reach sales goals.
∎ Inventory Management.
∎ Managing, Accounting & Recording all financial non-financial activities.
∎ MIS preparation for branch & Management.
