1. Branch Operations

   • Manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom.

   • Ensure smooth and efficient branch activities.

   • Maintain showroom discipline, cleanliness, and proper product display.

   • Ensure company policies and procedures are properly followed.

2. Sales & Business Development

   • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

   • Monitor daily sales performance and take necessary action to improve results.

   • Develop strategies to increase sales and customer acquisition.

   • Promote laptops, desktops, accessories, networking products, and other IT products.

3. Team Management

   • Lead, supervise, and motivate showroom sales staff.

   • Set individual and team sales targets.

   • Monitor staff performance and provide necessary guidance and training.

   • Prepare duty rosters and ensure proper staff attendance and discipline.

4. Customer Service

   • Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.

   • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.

   • Maintain strong relationships with regular and corporate customers.

5. Inventory & Product Management

   • Monitor stock levels and product availability.

   • Coordinate with the warehouse/accounts team regarding stock movement.

   • Ensure proper receiving, delivery, and transfer of products.

   • Minimize stock discrepancies, damage, and loss.

6. Reporting

• T/A,Tour allowance,Mobile bill,Over time allowance,Performance bonus
• Salary Review: Yearly
