Education:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5-7 years' experience in preparation BOQ of different types of project specially in high rise commercial building in Excel software.
∎ Should have at least 3 years' experience in Real estate Company.
∎ Knowledge of Auto CAD will be preferred.·
∎ Candidates of cumilla division will be preferable.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Making construction project Material of Quantities (MOQ)·
∎ Must have good knowledge on PWD rate schedule· Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project·
∎ Prepare contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation·
∎ Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections accordingly· P
∎ rocure or agree the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project·
∎ Measure and value the work done on site·
∎ Should have assessing the strength of construction work as per design.·
∎ Should maintain checklist, quality report, progress report time to time for proper continuation of construction work·
∎ Ability to prepare and justify subcontractor bill as per physical measurement of work·
∎ Should check inventory report, ledger on regular basis and plan for proper store management of construction materials·
∎ Should have knowledge about preparation of BOQ, MOQ Estimation and Budgeting.
∎ Skilled to understand drawing, design etc.
∎ Intraco Properties is looking for a BOQ Engineer who are experienced with preparation BOQ for their newly stublished project Intraco Hedya Tower, Jhautola, Cumilla.
