Education:
Minimum SSC Passed along with at least 2nd Class Boiler Operator certificate.

Additional Requirements:
Minimum 2nd Class Boiler Operator License is mandatory.
Must have fully working hands on experience in operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of low or medium pressure boiler.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and/or as part of a team.
Must have the ability to work different shifts and overtime that includes possibility of short-term and long-term shift reassignment to match the business needs.
Have competency on computer; working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong Mindset for accomplishing quality work with honesty, loyalty and following company’s Occupational Health & Safety, Quality & Food Safety and other Policies.
Responsibilities & Context:
Operates and maintains the boiler and other related machinery, ensuring it is always functional and safe.
Inspect safety devices daily, running tests and reporting any unusual situations.
Monitor boiler water, fuel level, Water quality, Fuel burn ratio, steam pressure, meter and gauge to ensure smooth operation.
Performs daily startup, machine parameter setup and adjustments as per operational requirement, shutdown and cleaning.
Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting in boiler burner, pumps, PRS and electrical panel.
Perform pre-operational checkups and fill daily checklists as per machine condition.
Ensure cleaning and greasing of the machines. Ensure daily and weekly care of the machines.
Performs any emergency maintenance or makes minor repairs if needed.
Ensure corrective, preventive and scheduled maintenance as per OEM guidelines.
Notifies line manager about any critical problem requiring special attention on time.
Attends work related meetings and trainings on company policies and/or procedures or development initiatives.
Adheres to Safety, Quality and Environmental programs at the factory.
Ensures cleaning and 5S of work area as per Code of Practice (CoP).
Performs any other job as assigned.
