Responsibilities & Context:

1. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and fabrication plans for boilers, pressure vessels, tanks, and industrial structures.

2. Fabricate, assemble, and install boiler components, pressure vessels, metal structures, and related equipment.

3. Perform cutting, bending, rolling, drilling, grinding, and fitting of steel plates and metal components.

4. Carry out accurate marking, measuring, alignment, and fitting according to technical specifications.

5. Work closely with welders and pipe fitters to ensure proper assembly and installation of components.

6. Perform welding and support welding activities where required, using appropriate welding methods and equipment.

7. Inspect fabricated and assembled components to ensure correct dimensions, alignment, quality, and structural integrity.

8. Assist with installation, maintenance, repair, modification, and replacement of boiler and industrial equipment.

9. Conduct pressure, leakage, and visual inspections as required before commissioning.

10. Use hand tools, power tools, cutting equipment, and fabrication machinery safely and efficiently.

11. Follow Italian and European workplace health, safety, and environmental standards.

12. Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure tools and equipment are kept in safe working condition.

13. Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, welders, and other technicians to complete assigned work within project deadlines.

14. Report technical issues, material defects, or safety concerns to the supervisor immediately.
