∎ Job Description:
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and control the Building Management System (BMS) to ensure optimal performance of all building systems.
∎ Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of BMS equipment and related systems.
∎ Respond to alarms and alerts generated by the BMS, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
∎ Conduct regular inspections and tests of BMS components to ensure proper operation.
∎ Maintain accurate records of system performance, maintenance activities, and repairs.
∎ Collaborate with the engineering team to implement system improvements and upgrades.
∎ Adhere to safety standards and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
∎ Provide technical support and training to junior technicians and other team members.
∎ Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

∎ Qualifications:
∎ Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field; Diploma/ITI in Engineering is also acceptable.
∎ At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within an engineering or technical environment.
∎ Strong understanding of BMS principles and technical skills.
∎ Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment related to BMS.
∎ Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
∎ Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
∎ Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
∎ Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
∎ Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
∎
∎ OVERSEAS EXPERIENCE WILL GER PREFERENCE.
